We collect the name, email address and contact details you submit, infrastructure requirements, account information, quotations, invoices and support messages. Do not submit unnecessary personal data or third-party credentials in an enquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare quotations, manage accounts, verify payments, deliver services and provide support. Relevant resource requirements may be shared with selected upstream providers to obtain or fulfill a proposal.
Account and service information
Account passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Private service delivery information is encrypted in storage and available to the account owner and authorized administrators. Session cookies are necessary for sign-in; the language preference is stored in your browser.
Retention and your requests
We retain records needed for active services, support, billing and dispute handling. You may contact admin@3ctime.com to request access, correction or account deletion. We verify ownership and explain any records that must be retained.
