Enquiries and quotations

Website product and region pages describe sourcing options. An enquiry is a request for a proposal. Availability, specifications, network conditions, pricing, billing cycle, delivery schedule and service scope must be confirmed in a written quotation.

Orders and payments

Accepting a quotation creates an invoice. Payment arrangements are confirmed by our billing team, and delivery is arranged after actual receipt is verified. Do not send funds using payment instructions from an unverified contact.

Acceptable use

Use services only for lawful, authorized purposes. Spam, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access, attacks, fraudulent activity and violations of upstream network policies are prohibited. Proxy and residential IP resources must have legitimate authorization and comply with the applicable provider policies.

Customer responsibilities

Keep account and service credentials secure, maintain independent backups where required and provide accurate contact information. Included management, backups and response commitments are limited to what is confirmed in the quotation.

Service changes and disputes

Upstream restrictions, maintenance and product-specific conditions may affect service availability. Report issues through a support ticket. Cancellation, renewal, refunds and any service credits are assessed against the agreed quotation and confirmed service conditions. Contact admin@3ctime.com before accepting a quotation if terms are unclear.
